i did some research for you and i´ve found these information.

it´s a chinese movie called 杜拉拉升职记 Go Lala Go!
i hope you guys know chinese, because i don´t. XD
i´ve got the informations from book.qq.com and mtime.com.

a rough summary from me of the story ( i don´t know if it´s right, because i´ve used google translator first, to know what´s standing there. XD)

The mainleader´s name is Du Lala, and she has got to suffer from her boss, because he´s really short-temperatured and somehow doesn´t like her. In the course of time she´ll be able to get his positive attention and also climb up her ladder of success.
